It’s Well Wednesday

Hey everyone! I was thinking about #planwell this month and thinking how important the whole idea of self care is to your total mental and physical health.

Its hard for me to believe how much movement and nature improve my mood. I never get tired of being outside in the sunshine ☀️ I love to meditate and pray 🤲 outside.


I am happiest moving outside and being active. That might seem unreal to you if you’re new on your journey here @Well and it’s possible you make like gyms, or strength training or yoga.

It doesn’t matter what you choose just keep going forward and keep looking for the perfect way to move 😊 for you!

I love my time outdoors as well. I get my steps/miles in daily. Amazing how it can clear the mind and start the day. Now I do it with no phone, just the sounds of nature. ❤️

Love playing for movement. Doesn’t feel like exercise and walking the dogs they love me. Lol

You are right on🤗 I love walking , 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻 gardening💐🦋🐛 and being outside😎! I also like water aerobics inside as I live in Ohio and it is wonderful in cold months. Movement is such a big part of my WELL lifestyle. Find what is right for you and enjoy all the marvelous benefits 🤗❤️
