Sugar September

I've always had a sweet tooth 🦷 I didn't really understand until a couple of years ago the havoc that sugar in its various forms are causing our bodies!


It's important to educate ourselves on what we put in our bodies. I don't think food is bad. Sugar is delish and makes life sweet however, we need less than 25 grams of added sugar daily!


Check all labels 🏷 You will be shocked at the added sugars in foods!
