I missed Well Wednesday! Sorry Y’all 🙏🏻 so here it is!!!

There are so many health benefits with weight loss. It lowers almost every lab test. Lowers blood sugar, A1C, cholesterol, blood pressure and more!

Our bodies aren’t made to consume all the man made food we eat today. Thats why the weight melts off when we stick to small amounts of processed food and 90% Whole Foods. I’m not there but I’m getting closer 🙌

I knew this stuff for years but couldn’t get into the habit of just doing it! It is a journey. IT takes time to learn how to just keep going everyday.
