#36 September Weight Loss Challenge: Mastering Caloric Intake


This September, we’re focusing on mastering your caloric intake through the Harvard Method, which involves calculating your ideal daily calories for weight loss. By multiplying your ideal weight by 10 (or 12 for men), you can determine your target caloric intake.


Here’s how to stay within those calories:


  1. Tune into Real Stomach Hunger: Understand your body’s true hunger signals and avoid processed foods, sugar, and alcohol, which often trigger cravings.

  2. Eat Protein, Veggies, and Fruit: Make these the foundation of your diet to stay full and reduce cravings.

  3. Build Lean Muscle: Engage in daily physical activities like walking, biking, strength training, or swimming to increase muscle mass and metabolism.

  4. Embrace the WELL Lifestyle: Focus on long-term healthy living and personal growth rather than just short-term dieting. Continuous learning and self-improvement are key to maintaining your weight loss.
