It’s Well Wednesday! I’d like to talk more about this on Friday. I had an issue for the past 10 years. I was so afraid to cough or sneeze that I wore a panty liner for leaking. It rarely happened but I was so afraid of it. I thought it was because of having three babies ( it doesn’t help) 😂

My doctor 👩‍⚕️ offered surgery. I denied it.

Turns out it was mostly by obese belly!!!

She never told me it would get better if I lost weight ? 🧠🥊

I hadn’t even thought about until a few weeks ago. I haven’t bought any type of protection in months!!!! 🧠🥊
