So Many of you are new!!!!

  1. wait for true hunger if you can.

  2. if you eat out, cut your food in half from the start.

  3. always have protein at Every meal

  4. order built bars!!!!! They save me! they are on my website!

  5. if you feel snacky always opt for fruit 🍉 even canned is okay 👍🏻

  6. pick your top 🔝 favorite 😍 low calorie foods and never ever be without them.

Love yourself, enough to take care of yourself! Its a journey, an only you can do for you! Keep sharing your good words Lisa. When I decided to take care of me many years ago. Great advise Lisa!

one of the tid bits you gave me that has worked so well is “eat simple“.

I do that now and it’s so easy ! I’ve lost 29 pounds since July and 57.8 total ❤️
