When you... Change from the inside out... itโ€™s lasting. When Itโ€™s a radical change itโ€™s vast too! Every day is different and better for me.

Iโ€˜m keeping the weight off. Iโ€™m doing it while Living ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ I donโ€™t feel deprived at all. I eat what I want, when I want ๐Ÿง ๐ŸฅŠ

You know what changed the most ?

My Want ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ I no longer want food in huge volumes or food that I know isnโ€™t good for me. My want changed!!!

Do you realize how powerful YOUR WANT is? For example ... I really want a salad ๐Ÿฅ— tonight because my body is telling me, I need it ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ or I want to make sure I get in 15k steps today because I feel so much better when I get in 15k steps ๐Ÿ™Œ

1. Determine Your WHY you Want? ๐Ÿง ๐ŸฅŠ

2. Want to Want to - this is powerful ๐Ÿ’ฅ

3. Do your want daily until you Want to ๐Ÿ™Œ

Anyone who reads this can radically change! Even if you are so low right now you canโ€™t hardly see your way out ...

Repeat this statement Daily ....
