Change 🙌

When you... Change from the inside out... it’s lasting. When It’s a radical change it’s vast too! Every day is different and better for me.

I‘m keeping the weight off. I’m doing it while Living 🙌🙌🙌🙌 I don’t feel deprived at all. I eat what I want, when I want 🧠🥊


You know what changed the most ?

My Want 🙌🙌🙌 I no longer want food in huge volumes or food that I know isn’t good for me. My want changed!!!


Do you realize how powerful YOUR WANT is? For example ... I really want a salad 🥗 tonight because my body is telling me, I need it 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 or I want to make sure I get in 15k steps today because I feel so much better when I get in 15k steps 🙌


1. Determine Your WHY you Want? 🧠🥊

2. Want to Want to - this is powerful 💥

3. Do your want daily until you Want to 🙌


Anyone who reads this can radically change! Even if you are so low right now you can’t hardly see your way out ...

Repeat this statement Daily ....

Believe me, I said it for 2-3 years before I put it into action so I know how powerful the statement is!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
